Ministry of Science , Technology and Innovation will be hosting Intellectual Property Commercialisation Festival (IPCF) in Kuala Lumpur on the 17-19 November 2009. There will be Intellectual Property Commercialisation Conference, Exhibition, Technology Match Making, Academia - Industry dialogue and IP auction.
